FAQ
How do you capture weddings?
We don't book weddings by the hour because we believe that your wedding day is a story from beginning to end and we want to capture the entire thing. We arrive as you are getting ready and don't leave until you do. We will talk through all the important moments happening throughout your day to make sure we capture everything.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and we are happy to travel absolutely anywhere. If you have a destination wedding in mind, or would like for us to travel to you, send us a message and we'll discuss the details.
When will we get our photos/videos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Videos have a slightly longer delivery window of 12 weeks.
Do I pay extra for a second shooter?
We bring two photo/video professionals to every wedding regardless of your chosen package. In the event of multiple packages, i.e. photo and video, we will bring a third or possibly fourth shooter to make sure we cover absolutely everything. These extra helping hands are figured into the package pricing.
Can I bundle a Photo and Video package?
Not only can you, you'll get a discount for doing so. We encourage couples to capture their wedding day in multiple formats to preserve all the elements of their story. Contact us about a custom package bundle.
